A. Staff use e-number to login.
Students use s-number to login.

Q. Do I have to do the application/registration all at once?
A. No. You can log in and revisit your application/registration at any time (but you need to make sure that you complete the application by the applicable deadline)

A. The letters in front of each program allow you to better identify the type of experience featured
EX | Classes at a host university (exchange program)
SA | Classes at a host university (study abroad program or other)
OL | Classes at an overseas campus of the home university
STP | Summer or winter program (or other program shorter in duration than a regular semester) at a host university
STR | Summer or winter program (or other program shorter in duration than a regular semester) at an overseas campus of the home university
STT | Involved assistance from a Third Party Provider
ST | Faculty-led study tour
EP | Embedded program (or course-embedded study abroad)
GW | Internship, work integrated learning (WIL) or other practical placement
GWT | Internship, work integrated learning (WIL) or other practical placement with involved assistance from a Third Party Provider
CO | Conference, international competition, symposium
RE | Research-related experience
GV | Volunteering, service learning or community engagement experience
GVT | Volunteering, service learning or community engagement experience with involved assistance from a Third Party Provider
