  • Availability: 10 places
Students from RMIT will act as consultants to Hanley Energy as the Irish organisation looks for increased business in three continents. 
Along with students from the Dundalk Institute of Technology in the Irish Republic, The Satakunta University in Applied Sciences and the Metropol University in Applied sciences in Finland, RMIT’s International Business students are conducting a commercially focused and comprehensive research investigation into the current status of Swedish, South African and the US markets and will compile an analysis of the competitive landscape and develop creative go-to market strategies in all three territories.

Eligibility:
This program is open to Associate Degree in Business students who have previously been selected. 

Academic Credit:
Gain up to 12 credit points in your degree by enrolling into BUSM4385 International Business.

Program Cost:
Students participating in this program will need to cover costs associated with:
  • Flights
  • Accommodation at Dundalk Bed & Breakfast
  • Visa (if applicable)
  • Meals
  • Personal Expenditure
  • Travel Insurance
** Students are now covered by RMIT’s travel insurance, although you may require additional cover depending on your circumstances. For more info, please refer here.

Registration Process:
  1. Pre-selected students should register through this mobi page by 30 April 2018.
  2. Complete the following questionnaires:
    • Outbound Student Mobility: General Information
    • Short Term Mobility: General Information
      • You will not be required to submit any application forms
Funding:
For the Autumn 2018 term, there are 5 x $1,000 Global Experience Grants available.

There may be alternative ways to fund your trip. Please check the Scholarships website and Global Experience website for funding options.
